Not recommended; great design for a bad quality

Nice fit and looked great the first 10 times that I wore it! the insulation inside the jacket is coming out through the seams so the outside layer is covered in white fuzz. My worst purchase ever

Do not recommend.

I bought this coat at the end of last winter. I've worn it probably less than 20 times and the insulation inside the jacket is coming out through the seams so the outside layer is covered in white fuzz. I tried to pull the white fuzzies through but it just pulls even more of the stuffing out. The jacket looks like its covered in lint now but there is no way to stop the inner insulation from coming out. I will be donating it.

Lesson learned: check ALL the photos

Very nice coat, cute, lightweight but still warm. Unfortunately I need to return it. I’m 4’11” tall, 98 pounds. I ordered a size petite extra small which is the size I usually wear, but it is a little bigger than I expected. The sleeves are also too long, but I have that problem with most coats. Also, the inside of the hood is black, but it was a pretty cream color in the photo. After I received the coat I checked the photo again but them scrolled through all the photos and noticed some of them had the inside of the hood in black.

Perfect for me

I really love this jacket. It fits very nicely on me. I sized up one size and it was perfect. What I also really love is that it is an A-line jacket and most A-line jackets that I have tried on stick out a lot from the back and sides but this one hugs my body just right. And, it really keeps me warm. I wore this to the mall the other day and I was literally sweating when I left because of how insulated I was.

Runs small

I wanted to live this coat. It’s a nice coat except the sizing is very small. 5’2” 138 and the PL is too small. Unfortunately it’s going back.

Great style; comfortable and soft. I've always been a fan of Laundry by Shelli Segal.

Sorry gotta return this one.

The coat I received looks different than the one pictured. The buttons and pocket zippers are bright gold which makes the coat look cheap. Also, the fit is way tighter than the size chart indicated it would be. And a tag on the sleeve that says "Laundry" just doesn't work for me. I'm returning it.

Why the blue accent on the sleeve

It fit well and the made well but there was some blue velvet type embellishment on the sleeve that I didn't care for so it was returned
