Does not work after less than 8 months

this watch was purchased after the pandemic started. It seemed fine at first by less than 8 months later it doesn't keep time. I had the battery replaced, but that didn't work. Also, if you have a small wrist, as I do, the band is impossible. I have to put it on the last hole, and the band keeps slipping out of the holders and is flapping around.
