    • HOW TO USE:
    • Apply mascara starting at the base of the lashes from underneath
    • Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to the tips; this ensures you are coating each lash for lift, volume and length
    • Keep repeating as necessary to build a full coat of mascara, fanning lashes out as you comb up
    • Bottom Lashes:
    • If you are applying on the bottom lashes as well, try using the leftover mascara on the wand only, since a freshly prepped one can apply too much product
    • You can also use just the tip of the wand; holding it perpendicular to the lash line, run it along the root of the bottom lashes softly before combing through the lashes; this ensures a natural look of lashes being denser at the base than the tip
    • Pro Tips:
    • Try the "Roll Under" technique; hold the brush at the base of the lashes and roll the brush downward; this deposits the mascara close to the lash line and builds volume at the base
    • Removal Instructions:
    • Use Laura Mercier Soothing Makeup Remover (sold separately); shake to activate bi-phase formula, saturate a cotton pad, then gently sweep over eyes; cleanse as normal

Dry mascara

I understand mascara too thick and moist causes lashes to fall flat. This is a curling mascara but it is dry and clumps on tips of lashes almost like it is old?

It's important to try before you buy. Received a sample of this lash builder and liked it better than what I had been using. Builds lashes,excellent for building bottom lashes plus the brush highlights by curling. Very natural looking

Best Mascara in the world of mascaras

Laura Mercier is true to its product. I have tried other mascaras but continue to come back to Cavar Extravagrant Mascara. I am so pleased that it is easy to apply and no chunky or flakiness from this mascara.
