Poor Customer Service

Purchased the Duvet set on line. I received the wrong duvet (style and size). Macy's promptly processed an exchange for me. I received the return authorization but never received a confirmation for the new one. I called twice to be assured it was processed. When I still did not have a confirmation after a week, I called a third time to be informed that it was out of stock with no replenishment information. All i received was an apology and a 25% credit for Macy's error. Hardly worth it in my opinion as it will be a long time before I shop there again. Also, I'm a 10 year former Macy's employee. My how the service standards have fallen at Macy's.
