Love it!!!

love it and especially the service at RLL was awesome!!! The first bag shipped to me was slightly blemished they quickly processed the return and sent a replacement... only sad thing was that I returned the beautiful box it had originally come in but the replacement didn't come in a box. The bag itself it beautiful and extremely classy!!!

No pockets inside except for phone holder!

Really pretty in person. But..there is a pocket inside for a phone and that's it. There is a huge amount of empty space but no zipper pockets for items. Reluctantly must return. Designer fail for sure.
