Need more warm

It’s nice but I got small size. The quality of cloth is good but hood is just for show, still we can wear it during the winters but I need more warm. So I am going to return this.

Received Used Coat

I received this coat yesterday in the mail and when I opened the soft bag (no box) the Ralph Lauren jacket was rolled into a ball, with no tags, and in an obvious used condition. I am shocked Macy's would send what is supposed to be a new item in this condition.

Medium Size...Check Your Measurements

Size medium fits 36"/34D, 29"waist, 35.5" hips, 133lbs., 5'4" height. Measurements, esp. chest/bust area, if larger that size medium will be too small. The length was as pictured. The color is actually beige. The overall look and shape is attractive, quality, beautiful. The sleeves were only slightly too long. able to turn. Excellent zipper, no catching on material. Happy with purchase.
