FIRM = SOFT in RL language

RL says these are FIRM density. Not even close! Very soft requiring sleeper to “double up” the pillow to get any support to neck. Well made and correct size but NOT FIRM.

They are quality pillows and definitely dense and firm, but they definitely do NOT give any “illusion” of down.
