Beautiful, perfect size, good quality.

Good quality. The stitching is nicely done. I was concerned the embossing could look rubbery or cheap. It's looks nice. I can tell it's leather. It's a dark beautiful blue. The hardware looks good. The shoulder strap is adjustable and removable. The strap adjusters are quality. I love that they are firm and don't slide out or hang loose. The bag is a tad bigger than most mediums, which is perfect. Some Medium bags are almost small. The zipper goes out enough. So I can easily get my hand and large wallet in and out. even fits my water container. I'm in love with this bag. I've had compliments on it. The dark blue is versatile.

Not the quality I expect from Ralph Lauren

I bought this at markdown, but I think even this is too much to pay for what you get. I'd never pay full price for it. There's no leather smell. It looks and feels exactly like vinyl, very stiff. There are no tags that state it is leather, except for a slip of paper in the pocket from the manufacturer. I doubt it is leather. It looks bigger online than in person. It comes with a dust bag and has 4 metal feet which is nice. There are no exterior slip pockets which you get with high quality bags. You only get 3 interior wall pockets. I'm on the fence whether to keep it or return it.
