Beautiful dress but not made correctly

The dress is beautiful. The fabric feels amazing and the color is so pretty, but.....the top of the dress was so huge it was comical. It looks like there is a fit issue-the dress was not made correctly. I am pear shape and the top of a dress is usually bigger but this was hanging open with lots of fabric. I think I may reorder and see if that one is better.
