Extremely Shoddy Construction

I’m extremely disappointed in these shams. Of the three I ordered, two had significant visible serger chains and loose threads hanging off the ends, with large quarter size holes in the corners. Clearly they significantly cut corners, no pun intended. I would be returning these ASAP but unfortunately I ordered them on a deadline needing them for guests. For the price I paid, I shouldn’t have to break out my own sewing machine to fix them. I used to consider Macy’s a high end store carrying luxury brands, but clearly both Macy’s and Ralph Lauren don’t care about product quality anymore to send out these obviously flawed items. Definitely DO NOT buy these.

This is a nice change for my bedroom.. I thought the color was a light aqua marine but it came out blue. I love blue so it's worked out well.

I received an unfinished duvet cover.

The Duvet cover only had three button holes for six buttons. I had to take the cover to a seamstress to be finished. Make sure your products are properly finished before you send them to customers.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. Always trust RL. Said 100% cotton but got lots of static electricity after wash and dry. How come 100% cotton would have static problems? I don’t have such problem with other cotton duvet covers.
