Unhappy customer

I purchased this bag online. The purse arrived in used condition. Scuff marks on leather. No tags on purse. Cloth bag along with shoulder strap were shoved inside purse in a ball. Also inside was a return receipt from the previous person who returned it. Surely I was not going to keep a Ralph Lauren bag in this deplorable condition. I returned it the very next day. The employee insisted it had not been used. So why were there no tags and a return slip in the bag?

Ralph Lauren handbag

Love this bag it is the perfect size and the green color is beautiful. This bag has no frills which gives it an elegant simplicity . This bag can be a cross body or arm candy. It holds a lot for the small size.
