Packed terribly - arrived wrinkled and unwearable

Jacket arrived terribly wrinkled like it was on the bottom of clothes pile- unwearable - shoved in a box too small. Jacket itself was nice so I don’t know if I will keep it - don’t want to try ironing a white jacket- The store had no solution - don’t want to pay for dry cleaning on a brand new jacket

Purchased for black and white gala , looks great , rich feel to fabric , love the covered buttons , fits perfect size 42 short just enough room when buttoned to move and sit comfortably.

BAD COLOR

Horrible Deep Cream Color - Jacket is not White NOR Ivory. Lapel does not match rest of jacket color either. They are also two different materials so it makes it that much worse. Moral of the story, don’t buy Lauren by Ralph Lauren. Not Ralph Lauren. Not even close. Would buy Ralph Lauren time and time again, but not this knockoff. Would buy anything other than this jacket.
