Great dress but too big

Quality dress and comfortable style, but runs large. I am 5'1" and weigh 136. Usually I wear a 12 petite in Ralph Lauren dresses. This dress runs big in the bustline. Additionally, the color is kelly green, not the muted green in the picture. So I am returning to my local Macy's. Dress not carried in my local store.

I love the dress. However it seemed very skimpy in the bust area. It was very tight. I ordered the same size I am in other brands. However Ralph Lauren appears to run smaller in this case. The next size up is sold out. So I will return the dress.
