Cat & Human Hair Included!!!

I've waited nearly two weeks for this cardigan to arrive, only to find it COVERED in white cat hair and long blonde human hair. I am so disgusted. I obviously will be returning the product. So, if you can land one that's a little used, it seems like a nice sweater. I don't know what makes me angrier; the amount of money it cost and it was sent in such condition or that Macy's doesn't mind sending that level of gross to a customer.
