Soft nappa leather gorgeous bag

Soft beautiful bag but chain keeps falling off my shoulders. Wish there was a leather piece to keep it on the shoulder. It’s a small bag so probably an evening or out bag , not an everyday bag as it’s gorgeous. It’s just the chain part that makes it difficult for me to use
