Another quality RL bag.

One of the best work bags I’ve ever owned. I’m a flight attendant and I always need a spacious bag that will fit all of my stuff while having easy access. This bag is amazing!! Plus the blue color matches our new uniforms perfectly! I get many compliments on this bag. And it’s easy to wipe clean

Tote

I love Rauph Lauren and so I wanted to give this a try. But the bag I got wasn't the bag of order. I had to return it and it was such a stressful time. I told the girl at the register I would have preferred that they email me and say they no longer have the bag then ship me a bag that doesn't match. She said sometimes bags come the tags that don't match the item but I still think the person packing this can in the picture that there is a discrepancy and should have looked at. I don't know. just very disappointed in the whole process because I have to travel far to Macy's. of course I still love Macy's. Again just disappointed. I would have preferred them to say/email me they no longer have the item than to send me an item that doesn't match.It was a complete waste of my time and Hassle.....
