Definitely not One Size Fits All

I was really looking forward to this, but it didn't work. If you are larger up top- broad shoulders, large chest, anything, this won't work. It doesn't actually fasten closed, and the shoulders are defined enough I could tell it did not fit. Returned.

I Am a plus size person and it's small across the shoulders
