The pillows were not firm.

Very comfortable.

This pillow is awesome for side sleepers.

They were okay. Not what i thought.

I ordered two of these pillows at the same time, but only used one to try it out. At first, I really liked it, but it has been about two months and it has slowly been losing firmness. I will return the second one. Guess I’ll move on to trying memory foam.

I ordered 2 extra firm pillows (I am a side sleeper). I received 2 pillows but one is clearly much less firm than the other. Both had packaging marked "extra firm" but I don't think both are. I thought about returning one, but decided to keep it and try them both out. After several weeks, I wish I had returned the less firm one - it's okay for sleeping on back, but not for side sleeping. Both have lost their initial firmness in just a few weeks.

Ralph Lauren pillows have gone down in quality in the past year. There isn't as much stuffing in their pillows, and the pillows they label as "firm" are the furthest from "firm" you can get. They are so soft, your head falls almost to the mattress on the pillow.

Perfect pillow for my needs.
