I need to know how to return.

The boots are lovely just not wat I wanted. Too big around the top of the boot.They are also too tight across the vamp of the boot.They hurt my feet.

Ralph is the best quality

I am a stylist who says yes to YUESS … your unique energy and style signature… these fit the bill for those who nothing fits. I have short toes, bunion, high arch and wide foot. These fit because #1 leather and #2 breathable lining. The sole is rubber, I prefer leather, which grounds my foot. I was able to insert grounding lining to ground me. I wear 8.5. These are great all year around, I recommend as a part of a capsule travel wardrobe for all seasons, wear with skirts, dresses, leggings and pants. I bought black, I now wear navy and black together. This is an investment you will not regret.

Slightly narrow

I loved the design and bought it immediately. They look polished and sleek however it’s a bit too narrow so please ensure you are sizing up at least 1/5 a size. Loved the heel support and can’t wait to wear it.
