Beautiful/arrived damaged

Ordered online hoping it would arrive prior to my trip to NY 11/18/25. The jacket arrived on 11/12/25. The jacket is beautiful and cozy but unfortunately arrived damaged. has a hole on the sleeve and now I have to return it and look for another option prior to my trip because if I reorder it won't make in time.

GORGEOUS QUALITY DARK BROWN JACKET

AMAZING QUALITY DARK CHOCOLATE BROWN JACKET! The quality on this jacket is incredible and the color is a deep deep dark chocolate! It is a true dark brown and is so gorgeous! I would say that it is definitely true to size as well. I usually wear a zero and got an XXS in this.
