Damage control in your merchandise.

I saw this dressed online and I love the style a when to the store and didn’t have my size I ordered online and I received the dress today damaged with two holes and missing the belt. This is the second time that I have to contact customer service to return missing items from the blouse that was delivered this week and today I received this dress with two holes! Why are you delivering garbage to your customers? Is a lack of supervision at your warehouse. Please treat your customers with dignity and respect!

Poor craftsmanship and poor packaging

Received this dress and the quality of craftsmanship is poor. Skirt godets sewing was poor. My biggest complaint is it looked like someone took it off the rack at a store and crammed it into a 8 X 10 inch plastic bag. I started to return it but I believe I missed my return date. The last time I returned something to Macys that was damaged I never received a refund on my credit card nor was I refunded the portion that Star Money used on that purchase.
