I think the clasp is defective, will not unlatch

The bra looks beautiful. Not sure what is going on with the clasp. I couldn't get it open, so no idea how it fits. Of course I'm returning it.

Worn bras a lot better.

Front clasp doesn't hook very well and the bra runs small.
