Fraudulent charge

This was a terrible experience went to the store twice to pick up the cologne gift set it was unavailable after receiving a text that it had arrived.The Customer Service supervisor never called me & the item remained as a charge on my Credit card! Poor Customer service!

Cute but not the best quality

I absolutely love the style but by the second time I wore these, there was already a ripping on the back of one of the shoes. Also I would definitely size up at least half a size as the area for your toes are pretty narrow. I managed to break mine in so it’s not that tight now.

Comfortable and Elegant

I got 2 pairs blue and brown. I always wanted elegant comfortable shoes like this shoe. But unfortunately I couldn't find fit well and comfort both in the past 23 years. When I saw them, in my head forget it won't fit me and uncomfortable like the past from other designers shoes. So I don't even want to try on. Sale person told me ma'am this are really comfortable please try it. If you don't like it it ok. So I tried. Sale person told me ge see my face started to shines and look so happy . He were right. I took 2 pairs after that. So comfortable. My regular size was 9W. This shoe I got 9.5. Ps. I had rheumatoid. I can't wear many shoe are good looking. Only this she have look and feel good to me.

No flexibility

Wanted to like these shoes as leather is good quality and they look nice. But the leather has no stretch at all. My feet swell a little by the end of the day, and it would be very uncomfortable. The leather isn't soft enough for normal foot flexion needed for walking either.

Was not the right shoe size. Ordered a 7 and still too big
