Shipping

I paid for overnight shipping and now I won’t receive my purchase until next week I should be able to pick it up at the store obviously I needed it for Sunday and now I’m without the dress and the only thing you can do is waive the shipping this is bad business!!!!

Beautiful dress

This is a very beautiful dress however it was delivered balled up and wrinkled in a very small bag. I am so disappointed in Macy’s. Whoever packaged this dress should be fired. What were they thinking? Common sense would suggest you don’t ship a Ralph Lauren dress in this manner. I’ve bought other dresses on line and they came on a hanger in a box.

A Stand-out Beautiful Dress

This Ralph Lauren dress is a keeper. I am 5’2” and weigh 106 lbs. The size 2 is perfect. The dress drapes beautifully, and it is very slimming. The length is perfect. As a short person, I do not prefer midi dresses. The length of this dress is appropriate, and I am 73. There is nothing dowdy or frumpy about this lovely dress.
