Nice but uncomfortable

Very nice style, but it’s really uncomfortable at the back. it hurts my heel a lot.

Too tight

These shoes are well made, but the material of the shoe has no "give". I have wide feet, where other shoes of this type fit ok, but these were too tight and did not fit right on the heel.

Old Shoes

I was extremely disappointed when these shoes got delivered. I couldn’t believe that they sent me one old shoe and one new shoe. One of the shoe looked completely used like it was a floor sample or returned by someone. I had got a good deal on the shoes, but unfortunately had to return them since they sent me one used and one new shoe. I have been a regular Macys online shopper and this is the first time this has happened to me and I was very unhappy they need to check the order before they ship it out to the customer.
