Quality

I love all the RL pumps; however, I’ve noticed that as I increase in size, the quality of the shoes seems to decline. As I've gotten older, my feet have grown longer, which has forced me to move up in size over the years. Unfortunately, I’m not happy with how the shoes look anymore.

Too small

The dress is well-made but too small/tight. I ordered a S. However, I received a dress with neck tags that state "SP," but the paper tag states "S." I am uncertain if the dress is a size petite or a regular small. Ralph Lauren regular smalls always fit, but this one is short and tighter than usual. For reference, I am 5'6, 129 lbs.

9-5 and Beyond

These shoes are the perfect color and shape. I am replacing my Cole Haans, which are my go-to for stylish shoes for work. This year they did not have a heal with height and a pointed toe, which is hard to find. This height is just right for a professional office and there is cushion. I am disappointed in how quickly the bottom of the sole got scuffed. These will probably last a year but the sole is already looking like a 6 month wear. Regardless, I will purchase in the second color.
