Received damaged item

I really wanted these shorts and finally decided to order them. I am very disappointed at the quality of the Lauren Ralph Lauren yellow shorts that I received. The shorts were received with black stains on the left side, waist band and back pocket. The stains appears to be imbedded in the fabric as though the original fabric it was cut from was damaged. How could these shorts have passed through quality control be allowed to be shipped out to a customer? Macy, what is wrong with your company lately. I have been a happy customer for many years now, I am just so disappointed to have received such an inferior product and service from your customer service team. I will not be able to take them on vacation like I had planned to. I’m so unhappy.
