Dress completely unbuttoned and reeked of armpits

Shipped from Store: 20131 Highway 59 N Humble Texas 77338 Tracking# a19f354e26944 It had obviously been warn and returned, as the price was torn off and reeked of armpits. Total employee negligence, but to be expected from Humble Texas. No packing slip.
