Defected item was sent

The blouse was sent me with one of the shoulders broken and not functioning properly, which means the rubber band inside to make the shoulder puffy and blooming is broken. It is so wrinkled all over as well. You sent me a defected product and it says final sale, not returnable. This is not right as I expected to get a wearable cloth from you. I would like to return for a refund.

Online merchandise improperly wrapped.

In all fairness the blouse was beautiful and it fit me to a tee. However, the blouse was silky material and it was shipped all balled up and wrinkled and was absolutely horrible. In order to wear the blouse it needed to be dry cleaned to get the wrinkles out. I really hated to return the blouse but I just couldn't accept how it was mailed to me. This is the 2nd time I ordered online and received merchandise so horribly wrinkled. I was actually sadden to take it back because I really wanted that beautiful red blouse for Christmas. Check whom ever mails the online products improperly.
