Customer Service

I fell in love with the dress the second I saw it, unfortunately when it arrived it was big. So I decided to order a smaller size and couldn’t wait to try it on. Four days later I get an email from Macys stating that the dress was out of stock. How is that possible? Why have it available to order and then 4 days after tell your customer that it’s out of stock
