Wrong address

I have paid for merchandise that was delivered to the wrong address in a neighboring city. I contacted Macy’s and they directed me to UPS. UPS was going to track down the driver but as of yet I haven’t heard anything more about my order. VERY disappointed.

Versatile, classic dress

Lovely, versatile dress with flattering fit. Confortable and easy to wash and hang dry. This is my 2nd one. I lost weight so bought it again in a smaller size. Fits true to size.

Pretty dress for office, but tight and clingy.

Classy dress but too small. Not sized correctly via standard American sizes. Tight fitting. Order a size up. Good quality fabric.

Beautiful Dress

This is a beautifully styled, comfortable dress that fits well. I have a pear shaped figure and it flatters this body type in my regular size 8. It can be worn casually or dressed up, so, it will be great for a variety of occasions making it a staple. Only complaint is that for the price, the fabric should be a bit thicker. The skirt part of the dress is unlined and requires a slip. That is the reason I give it 4 stars, not 5.

Horrible fabric

I have largely stopped buying Ralph Lauren because they use Elastane in many fabrics and it’s just gross and loses shape. I have a couple of dresses that are a few years old and they are fabulous. Poor quality. Get rid of the elastane it ruins everything and I notice while the quality lowers the price keeps going up and up.

Substitute Received

I did not receive the dress I ordered. I was told the were out of it, so they sent a substitute that was not at all similar to what I ordered. I would have rather been told it was unavailable at the time of ordering it so that I could buy a dress I could use in time for my husband's funeral.
