Defective and color not as described

I was so excited when I found the dress on sale but ultimately had to return it. It fit well but there was a defective on the right side of the dress from the waist to the hemline like a discoloration. I thought it was just the material but it is a true defect. Also, the color was definitely not brown but more grayish-green. Very disappointing.

Color is not accurate

Beautiful dress, good fit, but I returned it because the color looked more like a dark grey than brown/mocha.
