DIFFERENT THAN ADVERTISED... BUT NICE PANTS

The product page for this item on Macys.com stated "100% Wool". The pants I received are not 100% wool. The paper tags on the pants received state "Lauren Ralph Lauren", "Classic Fit", and "Ultraflex High Performance Wool". The inside of the paper size tag states "98% Wool 2% Spandex". The sewn-in tag inside the pant's waistband states "70% Wool 28% Polyester 2% Spandex". This sewn-in tag also states "Dry Clean Only", "Made in India", and "CA-01129 RN 90736". The pants appear to be well made, but the fabric is very thin. These are likely best for wearing in warm conditions, not a cold weather wool pant. It would be good for Macy's to edit and correct the product page for this item. Calling or emailing Macy's for assistance and support with this or any item has been impossible lately, as many calls are not being answered and email messages are not being replied to. It is very difficult to get any help from Macy's customer service. I hope this can be greatly improved very soon.
