Flat pillow

This pillow is very flat. The packaging seems generic. I was sorely disappointed as this was supposed to be a nice gift for someone and it left me embarrassed. It is not as described at all.

VERY COMFORTING

Have had back , neck problems forever. This pillow has given me a very comforting feeling and has helped very much in helping me get comfortable trying to fall asleep. Only sleep on my back, and its given me that "hug" feeling, that I'd thought was the last thing I needed. Just purchased a weighted blanket and am going to add that to this to see if it assists me even more in sleeping. Would recommend this especially if you are not happy with the help from doctors.
