    Perfect Size for a Small Family

    I love the smaller braiser, definitely worth the purchase. Easy to use and clean. Easy pot for everyday use.

    Good if you don't mind very heavy lid

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I braise a lot so I know a heavy lid is great for sealing in the moisture. But it is too heavy for me. I even went down to the smallest size braiser and still found it too heavy for me. I returned it.

    A perfect braiser.

    Simply: This pot is amazing. I had the 3.5 qt version, and it was both too big and did not give me the flavor I wanted. This 2.25 qt version has a slightly different shape (a little less deep both top and bottom), and everything I cook in it comes out perfectly. It has become my most used LC pot (and I have several that I use all the time). I HEARTILY recommend it!

    Damaged

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I would say that I love Le Creuset and own several of their cookware. However, I was hihgly disappointed to have received a damaged braiser. The handle was cracked and so was the inside of the braiser on the same side as the broken handle. There was also a deep scratch located on the same side. We are in the midst of a pandemic and I immediately discarded the box prior to realizing that it was damaged smh!
