What can I say other than if you’re familiar with the name the review will be easy. Wonderful piece of cookware, have the same piece at another home. Just the best cookware, wish I would have started buying Le Creuset years ago since I’ve been seriously cooking for decades! The love the color, it’s aqua, and the color is graduated from the top down. So easy to clean no matter the amount of food particles left in the Dutch oven. Beautiful Dutch Oven

I have needed a replacement for my Le Creuset stoneware version but was hesitant because of the weight of the cast iron. It looks beautiful but is definitely very heavy at 14lbs without any food in it. I make tenderloins w/roasted veggies for holidays, and this will keep it nice and warm when serving or traveling.

Le Creuset Dutch Oven ‘one of the best cast irons’

This was a purchase I have been wanting to make for years. The size and price I couldn’t pass up. I’m glad I did. The size is perfect for a larger sized chicken, it had lots of room around the chicken to add some vegetables. I have only tried it once but am looking forward to using it more. The only downsize is the vessel is pretty heavy. Take the lid off first when transferring it to lessen the load if you have issues with your strength. Other than that it is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. Did I mention how easy it is to clean too!

Rim of lid rusted after 1st time use

Shipment was timely and intact. The product looked great when received. However, after the1st time use (to make turnip chicken soup) and gentle hand wash, multiple rusty spots appeared on the rim of the lid. Very disappointed.
