Size is not accurate

The dimensions are totally misleading...10.5 x7 and I am not even including the handles. The dish measures 11 x 7 and 13 x 7 with the handles.... TOTALLY MISLEADING.........Waste of money if you are buying for a specific size like it says...I gave my other one away to my sister because it is such a pain to send things back. But now another one - Same thing
