Beautiful hot cocoa mugs!!

Just bought two as an after Christmas gift to myself. These mugs will be my morning coffee, hot cocoa, and tea go-to mugs. They are beautiful!! Definitely NOT UGLY, NOT CHEAP looking and NOT clunky. Happy New Year to me!!

NOT ugly, NOT clunky, NOT cheap looking

I just ran into the 2nd review while drinking tea from mine I bought a year ago. Gets nearly daily use, no chips, no cracks. Perfect for coffee and also the perfect size to put a loose tea ball in.

Quality I've Come to Expect

I'm delighted with my mug, and I'm thinking of sending one to a friend who also likes very large mugs. I've had your cappuccino and espresso cups and saucers for 8 years. I see no change in quality. The wonderful glaze makes them easy to clean, and you'd have to put some effort into breaking one.

Ugly, chunky, not cute at all. Feels cheap.

Thoroughly disappointed. Feels and look cheap, very not cute in real life. I don't think Le Creuset is as good as they price themselves.
