Horrible customer service.
For some reason Macy’s cancelled my order. They said they could not verify the charge. I have purchased multiple jewelry items before. I have the matching necklace and wanted the earrings. Well since they cancelled the order, when I called them the earrings were no longer available. I called customer service and was told “sorry”. I went to the store and they were very rude and said too bad. I asked where I could call to get the earrings and they said try Le Vian. Have been a Macy’s customer for years but the customer service is terrible.

These earrings are much better in person. They are light weight, not too thin, comfortable backing and exactly what i wanted.
