Horrible customer service.

For some reason Macy’s cancelled my order. They said they could not verify the charge. I have purchased multiple jewelry items before. I have the matching necklace and wanted the earrings. Well since they cancelled the order, when I called them the earrings were no longer available. I called customer service and was told “sorry”. I went to the store and they were very rude and said too bad. I asked where I could call to get the earrings and they said try Le Vian. Have been a Macy’s customer for years but the customer service is terrible.

Easy Everyday Earrings

These earrings are much better in person. They are light weight, not too thin, comfortable backing and exactly what i wanted.

I have these ERs & pendant too. Levian never disappoints. Don't hesitate to buy. It is So sweet to look at them & remember the stars. I love to wear as a reminder that there is always a brighter tomorrow. And great gift to give to someone who is your star in your eyes.
