Expecting a serious cooling effect

Assembly is reasonably easy; one need only look at the car to see what goes where. I will discover the heat reduction benefit after longer drives here in Florida. Am hopeful. The downside is that the rear section reduces rear vision. It could be a few inches shorter, for safer driving. Was this one designed for the Model Y? I would like to get a slightly shorter rear section.

This makes the Tesla a comfortable car.

Without it, the radiant heat from a glass roof is brutal. Can you imagine having a glass roof in your house! Without a shade?! Worst design I ever saw. The mesh helps some, but the 2nd blocking panel almost makes the model 3 as cool and comfortable and quiet as a Toyota Corolla. This is for the '21 and up Tesla, however will fit '20 and older with a 1" gap at the rear of the front shade.
