Never Received the Product

This product was ordered over 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t been delivered yet. I ordered it as a Christmas gift and now I’m really disappointed. Macys needs to get their act together while shipping their products. If you are unable deliver the products on time, don’t make any promises that it will be delivered.
