Damaged item, poor customer service.

The item arrived open and damaged. Customer service basically said too bad so sad. Offered a 20 percent coupon towards another macys purchase which, isn’t likely given there are MANY other retailers that offer better prices and customer service that is actually helpful.

Damaged order and rude sales associate

Very disappointed that when I received my order which was a Lego set it was shipped in a bag instead of a box. The box was damaged and since it was a gift I returned it to the Melbourne store. The sales associate was rude and very unprofessional. I have no plans to ever return to a Macy’s store.

Great concept, poor build design

I love everything about this set except the actual build design. Concept is great, puppies are cute, characters are inclusive, play potential is immense, instructions are clear and easy to follow. BUT the design is so bad it all keeps falling apart. My daughter is 9 and an adept LEGO builder, but she has spent much of the school holidays in tears because every time she tries to play with it she has to put it back together again. You don’t have to be an architect or professional bricklayer to see why! A few simple changes to the design, e.g. the way the main building is constructed and the roof attached would make so much difference.

Great toy but sticker sheet was destroyed.

Great play set however, I was disappointed that the sticker sheet was destroyed in box and 3 stickers were not on sheet. Disappointing since these stickers offer extra details.
