Okay but better sets are out there
This was a fun build. Figuring out the back end of the car and that it’s designed to be temporary if you want to use the pull back feature is missing from the documentation. It’s missing many of the features I like, steering, an engine, doors….. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed this build and part of the fun is working around some kinks….. for the first time though I can understand why a set was retired.I think there are better sets out there for the money….. the nascar is a good example.

Technic not for me
First Off, I'm not a fan of Technic. I bought this set just for something to do in the winter. I found the written instructions very hard to follow in some places and I consider myself to be a fairly experienced builder. I think I will be steering clear from Technic sets in the future.

Excellent vehicle
Super sweet vehicle with a ton of surprises I didn’t expect for the price point! The fact you can drive it was already cool, then it came with the AR app and that my friends is a home run!

Great for what it is!
Bought this for my 4yr old son and he absolutely loves it. [Build] The build obviously was challenging for him, but it was a fun father son experience. That said, some of the some of the pieces are similar enough to have even confused a seasoned Lego hobbyist. Also a few other areas where pieces go in the behind could have been clearer. [Playability] Judging by other reviews, I think it's important to set your priorities when deciding to purchase this. If you want a display piece with many life like features to show off friends, then this may not be for you. However, this is perfect for younger kids where the durability of technic builds come at a great benefit. The car being a pull back is icing on the cake. This greatly extends the playability for younger kids.
