Waited two months for delivery, not a problem, it was the time frame given. We chose this set because the seats were overly padded and stiff. Unfortunately the four year old set we are replacing for this one is close to the same condition. just my husband and I have used, maybe five evening in this two week period. The padding is insufficient and unevenly distributed, poorly manufactured. Extremely disappointed in the quality.

i’ve had the set a bit less than a year and i had to exchange the end recliner after 3 months of use because the cushion had compressed and sinks to the right. And now after exchanging the recliner for a new one, again after a couple of months of use the cushion has compressed and sinks to the right. Clearly defective. Very disappointed in the merchandise. Currently I have a claim with Macys to have them come back out to inspect. I’ve shopped at Macy’s for over 45 years and I certainly hope that they will remedy this.

We bought the 6 piece sectional and we love it. It’s extremely comfortable, well made and elegant. We love it so much and would absolutely recommend it. Well worth every penny.

I husband purchased this living room set and it's beautiful. Am mostly bedridden so he bought this because of the recliner the sectional can be up against the wall but still reclines, now I can be downstairs watching tele and having family & friends over. I bought and extra chair to have the sectional much bigger which makes it looks more elegant in my living room.

we are SO happy! this couch is the best movie watching couch I've ever sat on. super comfy for our family of four with 2 teenagers.

Lovely couch. The cup holder design is awful. I thought it would be great but any time someone bumps or leans on the cup holder, it flips back and crushes the drink and often spills it all over. I hope the manufacturer fixes this with some type of stabilizer or a latch to prevent endless spills.
