Where is quality control

Defect scratch holes through the glaze inside the bowls. Ridiculous at this price. Lenox used to be a quality company. I do like the design and may give it one more try to see if I can get a full non-defective set. Beware that you may need to order an extra set in order to have a complete set without defects.

BIG CHIP in Blue Bay Teapot

I needed my teapot by the 22cnd. It arrived on the 19th, and there was a big, noticeable chip on the inside lip of the pot! Obviously I cannot use the pot and will not have one in time for my tea party on the 22cnd. Where is quality control to ensure this never happens?

Beautiful but came broken

This canister set is beautiful and has all the right size containers. Really disappointed because it came shattered! I saw all the reviews on Macys website of broken things but I thought maybe it had improved but I should have never ordered online.
