Arrived broken. They refused to reorders for me

Received Broken

I expected better of Lenox didn't know how to properly pack the wine glasses. They are beautiful glasses, but to receive it broken and so many people complaining about the same thing. It's really bad plus you're wasting a lot of money for all the shipping.

Broken piece

Package arrived , I opened the box and one of the glasses was broken. I will return again because this is the second time happened. Box packaging could be the culprit. Not enough bubble wrap.

Imperfections

I received two boxes of wine stem glasses today and every single one of them were filled with imperfections. So disappointed.

chipped , wine class

wine glasses are chipped , we need to go to macys for return, excchange or refund, once we have time. same work ,duble time

The wine glasses arrived broken. They were not properly packed. They are beautiful however I ordered 3 sets and four of the glasses arrived shattered. Overall Rating is 5 stars. Packaging 0.
