Cute dish in picture but not when it arrived

Purchased for my grandaughter, the box arrived damaged and although the dish was well wrapped in bubble wrap it arrived broken. The dish was not just cracked, it arrived in pieces, completely shattered

Completely broken on arrival

Item completely broken on arrival. I couldn't even remove it from the box as there was ceramic dust everywhere. Very disappointed. For the amount of money spent on these items they should not be arriving broken. The glass cutting board wasn't broken and it didn't even arrive in a box.

Bad shipping equals broken items

Unfortunately my item came broken due to poor packaging. Macys is refunding me but no offer to replace. Highly disappointed.

Sweet but Shallow

This dish is nicely made, and the graphics of Chef Snoopy are bright and clear and nicely placed. It seems to be a sturdy piece, and I expect it to hold up over time. My only complaint is that it is a little too shallow. The smaller companion dish is deeper. I wish this one were the same.
