incompetence at Lenox

Ordered 8 napkins. Macy’s sent me 8 packages! The issue is with Lenox. Product is just fine. Why the poor review? Lenox has placed a sticky label on the fabric. Who does that?! A few had blue stickers and those for the most part lifted easily. The ones with white and black label have 75% of glue left on the fabric. Why ruin the product? Now I have to figure out how to get the glue off…

Had to return because I couldn’t remove the large stickers on each napkin. It was as if the sticker melted on the fabric

Lovely Napkins, White is more beige than white

These are lovely napkins with an elegant pattern. Quality fabric, well-made, perfectly square. Launder very well and are not too wrinkled when they come out of the dryer. My only disappointment: the white is more of a creamy beige than bright white.
