i had to purchase the oval shape because you haven't the rectangle shape. I was disappointed because I thought it would have been longer at the corners. Just looks ok, not great.

I ordered the platinum oval 70x104 size, but as it happened to others buyers, I received a rectangular one. It is NOT OVAL not even at the corners. Also it is worth to note that though the description describes it as platinum, which sounds like on the gray side, in reality it looks more like beige color. Not even a light gray. I'm keeping it because the pattern is beautiful, it is good quality and nicely made. Good looking tablecloths of this size are hard to find at an affordable price.

This review is from Beautiful placemats but product sticker issues
First, I want to say this is a Lenox issue not a Macys issue. The placemats are high quality and very pretty. BUT the Lenox product info sticker that wraps front to back does not come off easy. Maybe the issue was the placemats sitting in the UPS truck in July, but I spent 5-10 minutes per placemat scrubbing the glue from the sticker off because the stickers didn't come off. Lenox needs to find a better way to put their details on the placemats! Order in the winter and maybe you won't waste time scrubbing brand new placemats like I did.

I have ordered the oval 2 different times, and both times the tablecloth has arrived in the rectangle shape and had to be returned.

Irritated with extremely poor customer service! 1st ordered oval table cloth and received a rectangular (oblong) table cloth in error. Next I ordered another oval table cloth & had it shipped to nearby store (since I needed to return rectangle one and also could verify if 2nd order was correct) and was told on email that I had a full week to pick up. I went to pickup on 5th day and the store had already returned it so it was not available! She said they return items after 7 days and I explain to her that it had been 5 days and she said their system said to return it. Apparently there are multiple poorly programmed systems since I showed her the email that indicates I still had 2 more days.
