Waited nearly a year

Took nearly a year, despite Lenox selling them directly from their site 4 times during my wait for Macy's "backorder." I eventually tried to cancel and Macy's refused, and insisted I wait for the order to eventually ship to me and then refuse the shipment. Literally refused to cancel and wanted to waste time shipping. Never ordering from Macy's again.

Waste of time.

I ordered all 4 sets in 2024. After multiple delays, I've only received 1 out of 4 sets. My preorders were cancelled. I managed to order from the Lenox website directly. Do not waste your time trying to get these from Macy's. Tell me why my preorders from Macy's from 2024 never shipped but Lenox has these available?!

Cancelled my order after waiting 7 months

I received an email from Macy's asking if I would wait indefinitely for my Spice Village order. I contacted customer service and told them I was willing to wait. Despite my chat, Macy's canceled my order!!!!

Do Not Order

I ordered the full Lennox Spice Village set the moment I saw it was being re-launched. I was thrilled—finally, a chance to get my hands on one of my favorite antiques. Then came the first email: backordered for a few months. Fine, I can wait. Six months later? “Backordered indefinitely.” So now I’m spice-less and still emotionally attached to an order that basically ghosted me. If you’re considering ordering these, don’t. Save yourself the disappointment. Would not recommend ordering these from Macy’s. At all.

Love all of my houses. Very excited about the price and no longer thinking of owning the vintage versions. These are just too cute!

Beautiful pieces! Bought as a gift. Wish it wasn’t so hard to get. I don’t have the full set. Need Savory Street and Garden District to complete my set.
